In an effort to ease the transition to our new venue for the 2021 Waterfront Blues Festival, we are offering refunds for the face value of all 2020 passes. 2020 purchased tickets will not roll over for the 2021 festival. To ensure the safety of our fans and our community, we will be offering socially-distanced seating pods for your quaran-team to enjoy the music. Tickets will be sold by the pod (2, 4 and 6-person pods), instead of individual tickets.
HOW TO GET A TICKET REFUND
It’s simple! Starting on Tuesday, April 6 at 10 am, Platinum, Gold, and Buddy pass holders can start requesting refunds. Fan pass holders can start requesting refunds on Monday, April 19. We want every customer service experience to be positive, so we’re allowing adequate time for the Ticket Tomato staff to process refunds in phases. When your refund date has arrived, please call Ticket Tomato at 1-800-820-9884 between 10 am – 5 pm PST, Monday through Friday.
All customers must speak with a live customer service representative to process your refund. For security reasons, Ticket Tomato does not have your credit information on file, therefore there are no automatic refunds. If you have your ticket order number, great, if not, no problem! Ticket Tomato can look up your account. Please have your credit card handy when you call. If no refund has been requested by May 7, 2021, the face value of your 2020 pass will be considered a donation to the Waterfront Blues Festival.
