DeLay, Portland's beloved harmonica ace, passed away on March 7, 2007 from complications due to late stage leukemia. He was a long-time friend of Oregon Food Bank and was a major highlight throughout the Waterfront Blues Festival's history.

At Paul deLay's debut in the early 1990s at B.B. King's Club, Teresa performed the duet "Someday Baby, Maybe Our Luck Will Change."

More special guests to be announced.
