The musical duo of Stu Kinzel & LynnAnn Hyde has been performing Roots & Blues music in the NW for seventeen years. They have won numerous awards for their live performances, enjoy sponsorship/endorsee status from instrument manufacturers, and are on steady rotation at Sirius XM "Bluesville" and NPR "American Roadways" as well as countless radio and internet music stations dedicated to Traditional American music worldwide. The pair has received national and international press and support from Roots and Blues publications and media outlets and also are featured as both soundtrack and subject in independent films and advertisements, including the documentary film "Portland Mojo: How Stumptown Got the Blues" now in worldwide distribution. Kinzel & Hyde have spear-headed community programs designed to expose and educate youth regarding Traditional forms of musical arrangement, accompaniment, method learning, thematic content, storytelling and performance art.
